1.How can I do if the internet speed is slow?

1) Connect the ethernet adapter to the USB3.0 port instead of the USB2.0 one.

2) Set the ethernet adapter as 1Gbps full duplex.

3) Ensure your home broadband is 1000Mbps and the ethernet cable is cat5e or above.

2.Does it support fire tv stick?

It can't be used with Fire TV Stick directly. Theoretically, the hub is compatible with the fire tv stick. You need a specially-made OTG adapter that has an isolated power cable, since the hub occupies the power port of the stick.
